Julie C. Henderson oversees Dimensional's accounting, finance, and internal audit functions. Some of her responsibilities include establishing and maintaining the firm's accounting principles, practices, procedures, and initiatives. In addition, she works with external auditors, coordinates SAS 70 reviews, and evaluates the controls and supervises the processes of third-party accounting service providers. Prior to joining Dimensional in 2005, she was an audit senior manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP.

Julie holds a B.S. in mathematics from the University of California, Los Angeles and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California.
