Juliet Lee joined Dimensional in 2004 and spearheaded the creation of a human resources department. In her current role as vice president, she oversees the company's human resources policies, objectives, and initiatives. Prior to joining Dimensional, she was the head of human resources for Metropolitan West Asset Management.

Juliet earned both her Master of Public Administration and B.S. in psychology from the University of Southern California.
