Ted Randall leads the Research group's trading support efforts and manages security data used by portfolio managers and traders. In this role, he designs portfolio management and trading applications to optimize the rebalancing and management of Dimensional portfolios. Ted joined Dimensional in 1996 as a trading assistant, a position in which he redesigned the firm's trade reconciliation systems and developed new portfolio management software tools. He spent two years as a computer consultant before returning to Dimensional in 2001.
Ted earned his MBA from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles, and holds a B.S. in business administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Southern California.
